1. Who we are

Swanly is a product of Bilva Media Tech (OPC) Private Limited (“Bilva Media Tech”, “we”, “us”), which provides hosted business email and collaboration services on a subscription basis under the Swanly brand. Contact: support@swanly.in.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate domain ownership information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and 2FA secure.
• You may not use Swanly to send spam, phishing, or unlawful content.

3. Subscription & billing

• Plans are billed annually in advance, in INR by default.
• Storage and sending limits are per-mailbox and can be adjusted any time.
• All prices exclude applicable taxes (GST in India).

4. Acceptable use

No bulk unsolicited mail, malware, illegal content, or use that risks the deliverability of our shared infrastructure. We may suspend mailboxes that breach this policy.

5. Data & privacy

We do not scan your mail for advertising and do not sell your data. See our privacy practices for full detail.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

7. Termination

You can cancel any time from your admin dashboard. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms after notice.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swanly's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
