Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. If you don't subscribe, the mailbox is paused at the end of the trial.
Cancellation
- You can cancel any mailbox or your full account from the admin dashboard.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of a new annual subscription: full refund, no questions asked.
- After 7 days: pro-rated refund for unused complete months, minus a small processing fee.
- Add-on storage and sending capacity purchased mid-cycle are non-refundable but remain active till the renewal date.
How to request a refund
Email support@swanly.in from the admin email on the account. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Data export
Before cancellation, you can export all mail via IMAP or our bulk export tool. After 30 days from cancellation, mailbox data is permanently deleted.
